Overview

  • Multiple teams have high impact tags (Q, D, P) driving extreme minute redistribution, including several +15.0 min or larger jumps.
  • Denver, Cleveland, Brooklyn, New Orleans, and New York show the biggest concentration of potential value minutes if news breaks cleanly.
  • There are also real landmines, with a handful of role players taking -10.0 min to -15.0 min hits in certain outcomes.

Key Pivots

Alpha Pivot

DaRon Holmes is the slate’s biggest minutes lever at +18.7 min if Julian Strawther P is the driver. That kind of jump can completely reshape your build, especially if you are trying to unlock additional spend while keeping a functional floor.

This is also a strong leverage checkpoint: DEN has multiple moving parts here (Holmes +18.7, Spencer Jones +17.6, Strawther -6.3), so lineups that assume the wrong beneficiary can get buried quickly.

Secondary Pivots

  • New Orleans is a true minutes vortex if Trey Murphy III Q is the key absence: Micah Peavy (+16.9 min) and Trey Alexander (+13.0 min) become primary beneficiaries, with Bryce McGowens flipping from -8.7 min (via Saddiq Bey Q) to +12.4 min (via Murphy Q).
  • Cleveland’s Sam Merrill Q creates a clean top-end boost: Jaylon Tyson (+16.8 min) with additional spillover to Nae'Qwan Tomlin (+11.7 min) and Craig Porter Jr. (+9.9 min).
  • Brooklyn’s Terance Mann P concentrates minutes hard: Tyson Etienne (+16.2 min) and Nolan Traore (+14.4 min) are the standout winners.
  • New York’s frontcourt tags matter: Karl-Anthony Towns Q points to Trey Jemison (+15.0 min) and Ariel Hukporti (+13.9 min), then Mitchell Robinson Q adds another +6.4 min to Hukporti.

Value Targets

  • DaRon Holmes (+18.7 min) and Spencer Jones (+17.6 min) are the cleanest “minutes create value” targets on the slate, especially if you need salary relief to fit higher-ceiling spends.
  • Tyson Etienne (+16.2 min) and Nolan Traore (+14.4 min) profile as strong fillers when you are leaning into chalkier constructions and simply want secure rotation spikes.
  • Trey Jemison (+15.0 min) and Ariel Hukporti (+13.9 min) are the clearest paths to big NYK frontcourt minutes, with Hukporti also picking up +6.4 min in the Robinson Q branch.

Deep Rotation Notes

ATL - Thin rotation outcomes

  • Caleb Houstan D pushes Asa Newell up +7.0 min, while Mouhamed Gueye takes -7.1 min.
  • RayJ Dennis D further boosts Newell by +10.0 min, creating a narrow path where ATL minutes condense quickly.
  • Trae Young Q funnels +7.0 min to Vit Krejci.

CHO - Two separate levers

  • Miles Bridges P adds minutes to Tidjane Salaun (+8.3 min) and trims KJ Simpson (-7.2 min).
  • If Moussa Diabate Q is the driver, Liam McNeeley jumps +6.6 min and Simpson rebounds +5.4 min, while Antonio Reeves drops -6.8 min.

CLE - Multiple tags, multiple winners

  • De'Andre Hunter P concentrates minutes toward Chris Livingston (+12.4 min) and Nae'Qwan Tomlin (+9.5 min), with Thomas Bryant losing -6.1 min.
  • Dean Wade Q is another Livingston accelerator (+12.4 min) and also spikes Lonzo Ball (+10.9 min).
  • Sam Merrill Q is the highest-impact CLE branch: Jaylon Tyson (+16.8 min) and Porter (+9.9 min) are the cleanest climbs.

GSW - Stacked Q tags

  • De'Anthony Melton Q shifts minutes toward Jonathan Kuminga (+10.4 min) but hits Quinten Post (-9.5 min).
  • Jimmy Butler Q boosts Trayce Jackson-Davis (+12.8 min) and also adds to Stephen Curry (+5.4 min), with separate upside for Pat Spencer (+5.6 min).
  • Curry Q itself creates a direct +10.3 min push to Spencer, making GSW one of the most news-sensitive teams.

IND - Broad-based increases

  • T.J. McConnell P spreads minutes across multiple pieces: Johnny Furphy (+12.7 min), Jarace Walker (+10.8 min), and Quenton Jackson (+9.4 min).
  • The clear loser is Micah Potter at -8.2 min, a meaningful downgrade in any IND-heavy build.

MEM - One major fade

  • Kentavious Caldwell-Pope P pushes Cedric Coward +10.1 min but also creates a severe -15.7 min hit to Cam Spencer.
  • Vince Williams Jr. (-5.4 min) and Christian Koloko (-5.9 min) are also on the wrong side of the redistribution.

WAS - Volatility at the bottom

  • Tristan Vukcevic Q gives AJ Johnson +8.5 min, while Jamir Watkins takes a massive -14.7 min.
  • Will Riley also benefits (+5.1 min) if this branch is live.

Roster Construction

  • Prioritize builds that can absorb late news from the biggest leverage clusters: GSW (multiple Questionable tags), NOP (Trey Murphy III Q), and CLE (Sam Merrill Q).
  • Treat the largest minute spikes as the “unlock” pieces: pairing DaRon Holmes (+18.7 min) with one additional +12.0 min to +16.0 min beneficiary (for example, Jaylon Tyson +16.8 min) is a direct path to balanced ceiling builds.
  • Actively limit exposure to players taking double-digit negative hits like Cam Spencer (-15.7 min), Jamir Watkins (-14.7 min), Jake LaRavia (-10.8 min), and Tyler Kolek (-10.5 min) unless your lineup is explicitly betting against those injury branches.
