Overview
- Multiple late-status spots in GSW, IND, NOP, CHI, and MIL are creating the widest minute swings on the slate, with several boosts already clearing +15.0 min.
- MIL owns the cleanest single-news value pocket, while GSW and IND offer more ceiling but come with far more overlapping rotation risk.
- Several player pools are being pulled in both directions by separate tags, so late swap discipline matters more than forcing early exposure.

Legend: If the Injured Player is ruled out, the Affected Teammate is expected to receive the listed +/- minutes.
Key Pivots
Alpha Pivot
Cormac Ryan is the clear top raw minute winner. Ryan Rollins Q opens +25.6 min for him, the largest individual gain on the slate, with Pete Nance right behind at +23.7 min.
This is the cleanest value pocket because both boosts come from one injury node and are not offset elsewhere in the data. If Rollins is ruled out, MIL becomes the first place to start cash builds.
Secondary Pivots
- Stephen Curry Q is the biggest ceiling domino after MIL. Gui Santos gets +17.8 min, Pat Spencer +17.5, and L.J. Cryer +16.4, but Seth Curry Q also cuts some of that same rotation, so GSW is better treated as a late-swap upside spot than a blind core.
- Trey Murphy III Q creates a direct path for Trey Alexander at +17.7 min and Bryce McGowens at +11.6. Dejounte Murray Q also lifts Jordan Hawkins +12.0 and Micah Peavy +9.6, giving NOP multiple playable value branches.
- Indiana has major movement, but it is messy. Ben Sheppard Q pushes Ethan Thompson to +16.8, Jarace Walker Q sends Taelon Peter to +16.1, and Obi Toppin P flips Johnny Furphy to +15.7 and Jalen Slawson to +15.5 while dragging several others down.
- Chicago is another layered spot worth monitoring. Matas Buzelis Q boosts Guerschon Yabusele +14.1 and Lachlan Olbrich +12.2, while Josh Giddey Q raises Yuki Kawamura +9.3 but sends Leonard Miller to -9.7 after Collin Sexton P had already given him +11.8.
Value Targets
- Cormac Ryan and Pete Nance are the strongest pure minute values if Rollins sits. Their +25.6 and +23.7 boosts fit best in chalkier cash constructions because the path is cleaner than most other teams.
- Trey Alexander is the best NOP salary saver on raw minute movement. He gains +14.0 from Karlo Matkovic Q and +17.7 from Trey Murphy III Q, which keeps him live in balanced builds and GPPs.
- Gui Santos is more leverage than core value. Stephen Curry Q gives him +17.8, but Seth Curry Q also tags him for -11.5, so the range of outcomes is wider than the raw ceiling suggests.
Deep Rotation Notes
BRK - Tyson Etienne swing
- Tyson Etienne gets one of the slate's largest single boosts at +17.8 if Noah Clowney Q sits.
- Terance Mann P also lifts Jalen Wilson +7.7, Tyson Etienne +6.9, E.J. Liddell +6.3, and Chaney Johnson +5.6.
- Ben Saraf Q is mostly negative spillover, especially for Malachi Smith at -14.0.
DAL - Frontcourt chain
- Marvin Bagley III P opens minutes for Tyler Smith +11.4, Ryan Nembhard +7.2, Moussa Cisse +6.7, and John Poulakidas +5.4.
- DAL also has direct downside tags that can cancel those gains. Moussa Cisse Q sends John Poulakidas to -13.0, and Tyler Smith Q drops Moussa Cisse to -9.5.
- This is more of a reaction spot than a preload spot.
MEM - Mostly negative spillover
- Cedric Coward D gives Javon Small a modest +6.8 min bump.
- Gregory Jackson II D creates the slate's harshest negative hit for Jahmai Mashack at -19.4.
- Taj Gibson P trims Gregory Jackson II -5.8, Olivier-Maxence Prosper -6.2, and Zach Edey -7.6, while Walter Clayton Jr. Q knocks Adama Bal down -7.1.
WAS - Quiet value lanes
- Bilal Coulibaly Q boosts Carlton Carrington +10.6.
- Tristan Vukcevic Q gives Leaky Black +10.3, and Justin Champagnie Q adds another +6.3 for him while also lifting Will Riley +6.9.
- Justin Champagnie also creates downside for Alexandre Sarr -6.3 and Kyshawn George -9.5.
MIN - Smaller usable boosts
- Anthony Edwards Q gives Terrence Shannon Jr. +7.1, Mike Conley +6.7, and Jaylen Clark +6.6.
- Those are playable last-piece bumps, but they trail the raw minute upside available in MIL, GSW, NOP, and IND.
PHO and others - Cleaner fades
- Amir Coffey Q helps Mark Williams +6.3 but creates larger negatives for Rasheer Fleming -11.7 and Khaman Maluach -8.7.
- Jarred Vanderbilt Q pushes Jake LaRavia to -11.5, while Nikola Vucevic Q trims Ron Harper Jr. -5.7 and Baylor Scheierman -6.4.
- Moussa Diabate P only gives Ryan Kalkbrenner +5.2, which is a smaller bump than the slate's main value lanes.
Roster Construction
- Start with the cleanest single-source value. If Ryan Rollins is out, Cormac Ryan at +25.6 min or Pete Nance at +23.7 min should be at the top of cash pools.
- Treat GSW, IND, and CHI as late-swap teams. Those rotations have overlapping tags, so avoid locking in pieces who also carry meaningful downside elsewhere in the matrix.
- In GPPs, pair one concentrated value spot with one volatile ceiling cluster. MIL plus either NOP or GSW is a cleaner construction than trying to solve every questionable tag in one lineup.
