Overview

  • This slate leans heavily on a few extreme minute shifts, with OKC and DEN producing the clearest injury driven value.
  • Phoenix adds a deeper secondary pool, while Orlando looks much narrower with one real gainer and two notable losers.
  • Several Questionable tags sit inside the best value spots, so late swap flexibility matters more than usual.

Key Pivots

Alpha Pivot

Nikola Topic is the top minutes winner on the slate at +29.4 min in the Isaiah Joe D setup. That is the cleanest raw opportunity in the pool and the easiest place to start when building around injury value.

The second layer matters too. This same OKC setup also trims minutes from Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren, Luguentz Dort, and Jalen Williams, which makes the bench value more attractive than forcing the core pieces together.

Secondary Pivots

  • David Roddy jumps +25.8 min if Aaron Gordon Q is out. That is a massive Denver redistribution, with Peyton Watson (+11.1 min) and Julian Strawther (+8.9 min) also picking up meaningful run.
  • Payton Sandfort gains +24.7 min in the same OKC scenario as Topic. If you do not want to overload one value piece, Sandfort is the next strongest direct alternative from that rotation shift.
  • Phoenix is more spread out, but the Jordan Goodwin Q setup is still important. CJ Huntley (+13.2 min), Khaman Maluach (+12.3 min), and Rasheer Fleming (+12.1 min) all land in the conversation.
  • Orlando is thinner. Jamal Cain gets +10.8 min, while Anthony Black (-8.1 min) and Jase Richardson (-5.2 min) move the wrong way.

Value Targets

  • Nikola Topic at +29.4 min is the clearest minutes based value and fits the most straightforward builds.
  • David Roddy at +25.8 min is the other priority saver if Aaron Gordon is ruled out. He fits best in builds that want direct access to the biggest available minute spike.
  • For more aggressive constructions, Payton Sandfort (+24.7 min) and CJ Huntley (+13.2 min) are strong ways to avoid relying only on the most obvious Denver value.

Deep Rotation Notes

DEN - Gordon fallout

  • Peyton Watson at +11.1 min is the cleanest secondary Denver piece behind Roddy.
  • Julian Strawther (+8.9 min) and Jalen Pickett (+6.5 min) are thinner, but still relevant if you are stacking the Aaron Gordon scenario.

OKC - Bench up, core down

  • Kenrich Williams (+10.9 min) and Jared McCain (+10.0 min) keep the OKC value pool wider than just Topic and Sandfort.
  • The negative side is important: Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren, Luguentz Dort, and Jalen Williams all lose at least -5.1 min.

ORL - One clear winner

  • Jamal Cain is the only Orlando player with a meaningful positive shift at +10.8 min.
  • Anthony Black (-8.1 min) is the biggest Orlando fade from this setup, with Jase Richardson also down at -5.2 min.

PHO - Layered value paths

  • The Jordan Goodwin setup creates the broader Phoenix rotation boost, led by CJ Huntley, Khaman Maluach, and Rasheer Fleming.
  • Khaman Maluach also gains +8.7 min in the Grayson Allen setup, making him one of the few players with multiple paths to added run.
  • Jamaree Bouyea (+7.8 min), Ryan Dunn (+6.3 min), and Koby Brea (+6.1 min) are more fringe fillers than core targets.

Roster Construction

  • Start builds with the biggest clean minute gains. Nikola Topic and David Roddy are the strongest first clicks if their injury paths hold.
  • Be careful with OKC game stacks built around the stars in the Isaiah Joe setup. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Chet Holmgren, Luguentz Dort, and Jalen Williams all lose minutes there.
  • Use Phoenix as a flexible secondary source of value rather than a primary core. Khaman Maluach is especially useful because he benefits in two separate injury scenarios.
