Overview

  • Minute upside is concentrated at the top, with MIN and DEN carrying the most dramatic swing spots on the slate.
  • PHI offers a secondary layer of injury value, but its boosts top out at +12.8 min and sit well below the elite tier.
  • NYK looks flatter than the other teams, with no single gain above +9.4 min, making it more of a filler pool than a core target.

Key Pivots

Alpha Pivot

Zyon Pullin owns the biggest raw minute bump on the slate at +28.3 min if Bones Hyland Q is out. That is the cleanest signal in the entire data set and immediately puts MIN at the center of lineup construction.

What makes it even more important is the spillover behind him. MIN also creates +24.0, +22.6, +22.4, and +16.0 min outcomes, so this is not just one playable replacement - it is a full value environment.

Secondary Pivots

  • David Roddy is the clear DEN priority at +25.8 min if Aaron Gordon Q sits. The gap between Roddy and the rest of the Denver group is meaningful, with Peyton Watson next at +11.1 min.

  • MIN does not stop with Pullin. Joan Beringer (+24.0 min), Julian Phillips (+22.6 min), and Enrique Freeman (+22.4 min) all land in the same strong opportunity tier, which makes this one of the most important multi-entry pools on the slate.

  • PHI is more modest, but still usable. Justin Edwards (+12.8 min) and Dalen Terry (+11.0 min) are the top beneficiaries if Joel Embiid P misses, though this remains a step behind the MIN and DEN minute shocks.

  • NYK spreads its gains around rather than creating one must-play piece. Ariel Hukporti (+9.4 min) leads the way, followed by Dillon Jones (+8.3 min) and Miles McBride (+6.8 min).

Value Targets

  • Zyon Pullin is the strongest pure value candidate on minutes alone at +28.3 min. He fits the most obvious chalky builds if Bones Hyland is ruled out.

  • David Roddy is the other direct salary-saving path at +25.8 min. Denver looks more concentrated than NYK or PHI, which makes Roddy easier to trust in straightforward constructions.

  • Justin Edwards works better as a lighter value pivot at +12.8 min. He is more useful in leverage builds that do not rely on stacking every +20.0 min outcome.

Deep Rotation Notes

DEN - Secondary wings

  • Peyton Watson gets +11.1 min and is the only Denver teammate within range of Roddy's bump.
  • Julian Strawther (+9.0 min) and Jalen Pickett (+7.0 min) are thinner extensions if you want to spread exposure beyond the top play.

MIN - Full rotation shift

  • Rocco Zikarsky still gains +16.0 min, which is strong even though he trails the main MIN trio.
  • With Beringer, Phillips, and Freeman all packed between +22.4 and +24.0 min, this spot is better for portfolio exposure than all-in exposure to one secondary piece.

NYK - Flat value pool

  • Mohamed Diawara (+7.0 min), Jeremy Sochan (+5.8 min), and Kevin McCullar Jr. (+5.4 min) all gain time, but none separates.
  • This is a better spot for last-piece value than for core lineup starts.

PHI - Conditional depth

  • Adem Bona (+8.7 min), Trendon Watford (+7.6 min), and MarJon Beauchamp (+7.2 min) round out the PHI tree.
  • Because Joel Embiid is listed Probable, this is a more conditional value cluster than the Questionable tags in MIN and DEN.

Roster Construction

  • Start by choosing your primary minute environment. MIN gives you the deepest +20.0 min cluster, while DEN gives you one cleaner centerpiece in David Roddy at +25.8 min.
  • Treat NYK as a complement, not a foundation. No Knicks boost reaches +10.0 min, so forcing multiple pieces there lowers your raw opportunity ceiling.
  • Use PHI as the secondary path when you want to avoid overloading the obvious value tier. Justin Edwards at +12.8 min and Dalen Terry at +11.0 min fit best as support pieces, not the core of a build.
