Overview

  • Multiple teams have late-swing tags that can flip rotations fast, with several +10.0 min to +20.9 min beneficiaries on the board.
  • The slate has clear conditional value pockets (ATL, CLE, IND, PHI, PHO) plus a few landmines where the same player can be pulled in opposite directions depending on which tag breaks.
  • There are also meaningful negative deltas (down to -15.9 min) that matter for trimming thin role players in multi-entry builds.

Key Pivots

Alpha Pivot

Asa Newell is the largest minutes spike on the slate at +20.9 min if Nickeil Alexander-Walker Q sits. That is the kind of rotation swing that can define both sites because it changes what salary ranges you can comfortably reach.

The same situation also lifts Caleb Houstan (+16.9 min) and Jacob Toppin (+11.8 min), giving ATL a condensed value tree. If that news breaks in your favor, prioritize lineups that take at least one ATL minutes winner rather than guessing across multiple thin plays elsewhere.

Secondary Pivots

  • CLE: If Jarrett Allen P is out, Jaylon Tyson jumps +20.9 min and Max Strus jumps +17.9 min. That is enough to re-center CLE exposure around wings and secondary pieces, while also giving small bumps to Thomas Bryant (+5.7 min) and Craig Porter Jr. (+5.5 min).
  • IND: Andrew Nembhard Q pushes Quenton Jackson (+15.3 min) and Jarace Walker (+12.8 min). But if Tony Bradley Q also flips, note the sharp reversals: Jarace Walker swings to -15.9 min and Quenton Jackson to -8.7 min in that branch.
  • PHI: Tyrese Maxey D creates a clean set of positive minute adds led by Adem Bona (+13.8 min), Dominick Barlow (+9.7 min), and Jared McCain (+9.3 min). Joel Embiid Q is a separate fork that boosts Justin Edwards (+11.7 min) and Eric Gordon (+10.4 min) while cutting Dominick Barlow (-13.1 min).
  • PHO: Dillon Brooks Q is a major lever with Jalen Green at +16.2 min and Nick Richards at +12.6 min, but it also slashes Collin Gillespie (-11.0 min), which matters because Booker Q separately boosts Gillespie (+6.4 min).

Value Targets

  • Asa Newell (+20.9 min) is the cleanest minutes-driven salary saver if the ATL tag breaks his way. In chalky constructions where value condenses, he is the type of piece that stabilizes roster builds.
  • Jaylon Tyson (+20.9 min) and Max Strus (+17.9 min) become priority value if CLE sits Jarrett Allen P, especially for builds that want multiple mid-to-high spend slots.
  • Adem Bona (+13.8 min) is a strong minutes-based punt in PHI lineups if Tyrese Maxey D is out, but keep your leverage builds aware that PHI has two different injury forks that do not reward the same players.

Deep Rotation Notes

ATL - Secondary beneficiaries

  • Caleb Houstan has both downside (-6.5 min if he is the injured piece) and major upside (+16.9 min if Nickeil Alexander-Walker sits), so treat ATL as a news-sensitive cluster.
  • Jacob Toppin (+11.8 min) is the next ATL minutes winner behind Asa Newell, which can matter if you need a second value path.
  • Mouhamed Gueye is the clear ATL loser in the Houstan Q branch at -6.5 min.

CHI - Olbrich volatility

  • Lachlan Olbrich shows large swing risk: -7.7 min with Ayo Dosunmu D, +8.0 min with Coby White P, +6.7 min with Dalen Terry P, and -6.7 min with Kevin Huerter Q.
  • Julian Phillips (+6.6 min) is the cleanest add from the Dosunmu D branch.
  • Patrick Williams (+6.0 min) is the direct add if Huerter Q sits.

CHO - One clear fade signal

  • KJ Simpson takes a -6.4 min hit if Tidjane Salaun Q sits, which is enough to downgrade fringe viability.

MIN - Two tags, mixed direction

  • If Anthony Edwards Q sits, Joe Ingles (+12.4 min) is the top minutes beneficiary, with Terrence Shannon Jr. (+8.6 min) and Rob Dillingham (+8.4 min) also gaining.
  • If Bones Hyland Q sits, Anthony Edwards (+6.2 min) and Mike Conley (+5.4 min) benefit, while Jaylen Clark (-5.0 min) and Terrence Shannon Jr. (-5.2 min) lose minutes.
  • Rudy Gobert shows a modest +5.2 min boost in the Edwards-out branch, more relevant for stability than ceiling.

NOP - Clean two-man boost

  • Zion Williamson Q pushes Derik Queen (+10.9 min) and Bryce McGowens (+10.0 min).
  • This is one of the more straightforward value splits on the slate, with no competing negative deltas listed for those beneficiaries.

PHI - Conflicting forks to manage

  • The Maxey D branch supports Bona (+13.8 min) and Barlow (+9.7 min), while the Embiid Q branch hurts Barlow (-13.1 min).
  • Kelly Oubre Jr. is a notable loser at -10.3 min in the Maxey D branch.
  • Jared McCain flips from -6.7 min (Embiid Q) to +9.3 min (Maxey D), making PHI one of the most important teams to keep conditional.

POR - Center rotation ripple

  • If Robert Williams Q sits, Duop Reath (+8.2 min) and Blake Wesley (+7.8 min) stand out, and Caleb Love gains +6.8 min.
  • If Donovan Clingan Q sits, Hansen Yang (+6.6 min) and Caleb Love (+5.4 min) benefit, while Javonte Cooke (-5.2 min) is the loser.
  • Caleb Love stacking both tags is a notable path: +5.4 min in one branch and +6.8 min in the other.

SAC - Raynaud depends on which tag breaks

  • Dennis Schroder Q boosts Keon Ellis (+10.4 min) and Maxime Raynaud (+8.9 min).
  • But if Keon Ellis Q is the one who sits, Raynaud flips to -11.3 min and Nique Clifford takes -7.2 min.

Roster Construction

  • If you build around the biggest minute spikes, start with Asa Newell (+20.9 min) or Jaylon Tyson (+20.9 min) and use the savings to keep two higher-cost slots flexible until late news settles.
  • Limit exposure to the most negatively impacted role players when their branch is active, especially Jarace Walker (-15.9 min), Dominick Barlow (-13.1 min), and Maxime Raynaud (-11.3 min).
  • In multi-entry, avoid over-committing to PHI and PHO without mapping the conditional paths first, since multiple tags can push the same player both up and down (for example Collin Gillespie at +6.4 min vs -11.0 min).
